Weekly Checks
To ensure times are being allocated correctly, the timesheets are reviewed every friday afternoon with a weekly snapshot taken at the end of the week.
Ensure your timesheets are up-to-date and complete by Friday.
Minimum Hours
The required number of hours submit every week is 40. If there is a reason you cannot do this, please raise this as soon as possible to your line manager and Richard Hoe.
Bank Holidays / Annual Leave / Absence
If you are not working due to any of the above or similar, you must still submit these hours on the timesheet using your departments misc 30000 code.
Note. The last digit of your departments misc code changes each year.
Job not on NAV?
If the job isn't yet on NAV then you must submit these hours against your departments 30000 code.
General
Do NOT just put hours to a job because it is performing well. We need the hours to reflect the true state of the jobs.
